Financial Services Representative

You will be the face of our organisation, interacting with customers and delivering exceptional service on the banking floor. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Identifying customer needs and guiding them to relevant self-service options.
- Directing customers to Teller/Customer Service staff when necessary.
- Handling basic queries and complaints, escalating issues as required.
- Engaging with customers using digital platforms, updating their information and sales requirements.
