
Front Office Operations Lead

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the front office, where you will interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
About Your Role:- Ensure quality service to all our guests at all times
- Carry out your duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements
- Assist with front desk activities, guest queries, and check-in/check-out
- Deal with payments, balancing and accuracy
- Supervise team members and track customer feedback
- Monitor and implement corrective action as required
- Control costs associated with the department
- Motivate team members towards achieving sales targets
- Liaise with revenue and reservations manager to maximise front office sales
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in front office management in a leading hotel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A relevant third-level qualification in hospitality/hospitality management or a related discipline
- Extensive experience managing operating systems and software
- Experience with MS Office packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
