Job Title: Financial Development Professional

We are seeking a high-performing individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Accountant. As part of the Finance department, you will gain a wide range of finance, operations and business experience and skills through continuous on-the-job development with coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Involvement in a variety of projects/tasks within the site Finance department
  • Responsibility for timely and accurate preparation of the monthly/quarterly accounts and reports for multiple entities
  • Contribution to the year-end consolidation process and preparation of statutory accounts
  • Tax compliance and liaison with external tax advisors
  • Company secretarial compliance and project work
  • Providing analysis and decision support to the commercial and operations teams
  • Assistance in the preparation of reports for the management team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA in Accounting and Finance, Business studies or a similar qualification
  • Ambition and commitment to studying towards gaining an accountancy qualification
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, commitment and a positive attitude
  • Strong academic record
  • Record of high achievement and delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
