Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading commercial coffee solutions, delivering exceptional service to customers across Ireland.

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional with technical expertise in installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment. They will prioritize effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

A key aspect of this role is performing a broad range of repairs and preventative maintenance, from fault finding to diagnosis. The successful candidate will ensure equipment is left in good working order and customers are briefed on issues.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Field Service Engineer will maintain company vehicles and tools, reporting any faults or failures as required. They will also complete online job sheets, timesheets, and supporting documentation, adhering to strict deadlines.

This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in Bean to Cup systems, Billi systems, electronics, POU coolers, plumbing, vending machines, filtration, barista/coffee quality, installation, and project management.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this position. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of locations and road networks are also vital.
