Job Title: Mobility Support Specialist

Deliver value to healthcare providers by offering innovative mobility solutions that achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

The role presents a unique opportunity to support the setup, delivery, and servicing of mobility equipment across Ireland. Collaborate with Product Specialists and warehouse teams to coordinate logistics, instruct clients on equipment usage, and manage stock for efficient and timely service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Installation, assembly or fitting along with packing and delivery of mobility product orders.
  • Delivery of orders to customers as required.
  • Providing clear instructions to clients on the use of equipment.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks, meeting all deadlines.
  • Securing mobility products and taking responsibility for their safety.
  • Supporting Product Specialists in cycle count / stock takes.
  • Liaising with warehouses regarding transfer of stock.
  • Collaborating with Customer Service and other departments for accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Maintaining compliance with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following background knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of mobility products.
  • Experience in product assembly.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A full clean driving license.
  • Garda Vetting clearance.
