Machine Learning Senior Technical Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Senior Technical Program Lead to help us drive the development of cutting-edge AI technologies and solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers working together to create innovative products that delight millions of users worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving complex technical decisions across multiple teams in distributed locations and time zones. They will work closely with engineering, product, design, data analytics, and product marketing teams to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable outcomes.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence teams and drive alignment among multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience breaking down complex problems and driving decision-making, as well as a proven record of interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and partners.

As a senior technical program manager, you will own and manage the implementation E2E from project charter, roadmap, plan, design, build, execute, deliver, and monitor performance and adoption. You will also communicate schedules, priorities, and status to various stakeholders, lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths, and facilitate vendor interaction and communication by tracking open issues, feature requests, and production readiness.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager in AI/ML projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • Solid technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.
  • Proven record of interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and partners.
