The AI/ML Engineering Group delivers optimized interactions across PlayStation experiences and systems by designing, coding, training, documenting, cost-effectively deploying and evaluating large-scale machine learning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive complex technical decisions across multiple teams in distributed locations and timezones
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, data analytics, and product marketing to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable outcomes
  • Influence teams & drive alignment among multiple stakeholders

For this role, we're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who can help us deliver delightful products and experiences for millions in an agile environment.

This individual will be immersed in AI/ML technologies, tools, and processes as they help advance our technical objectives and architectural initiatives. They will own and manage implementation end-to-end from project charter to delivery and monitoring performance and adoption.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager in AI/ML projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Solid technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
