The role of Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on all product ranges available in the Pharmacy. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of category management and merchandising, working closely with the Managing Pharmacist and adhering to Company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive information and advice to customers on all products, consulting with the Managing Pharmacist as required.
- Maintain accurate stock control, including rotation of stock, ordering from approved suppliers, and ensuring correct delivery details as directed by the Managing Pharmacist.
- Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times, enhancing relationships with Pharmacy Customers.
- Work effectively as part of the Pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable, assisting in all areas of the Pharmacy operation as required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality, with cash handling experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use discretion when addressing customer queries.
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to multitask successfully under pressure.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, with basic IT skills an advantage.
