Assistant Room Service Manager

The Assistant Room Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the In-Room Dining department. This role reports directly to the F&B Operations Manager and serves as the primary point of accountability for all aspects of room service.


  • Ensure consistently high levels of service, product quality, and presentation in accordance with luxury standards.
  • Maintain full product knowledge and ensure accurate and professional communication of offerings to guests.
  • Establish and maintain service procedures and operating standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed.
  • Engage with guests to build rapport and ensure personalized experiences.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the IRD team to achieve high standards of service delivery.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant management position within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Experience in room service or restaurant operations in a five-star luxury setting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, deliver training, and manage performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong administrative capabilities, including MS Office and POS systems proficiency.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
