ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a Lease Processor, you will play a crucial role in preparing and managing lease agreements, ensuring smooth processes for our telecommunications clients.

You'll work closely with our sales team, ensuring negotiated terms are accurately reflected in lease agreements, and that all documentation is handled efficiently.

This role involves a blend of drafting, reviewing, and data management, contributing to the successful negotiation of lease agreements.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft lease agreements based on terms negotiated by the sales team.
  • Oversee the distribution and return of executed lease amendments within set timeframes.
  • Review signed agreements returned by landlords for accuracy and completeness, liaising with other departments to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Enter data from negotiated agreements into client databases.
  • Ensure errors in lease amendments are minimised and work to deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for review and approval of lease agreements.
