Job Description:

This role focuses on ensuring Environmental Health and Safety compliance within a pharmaceutical facility operating in Ireland/Europe.

  • The position requires monitoring and documentation of environmental regulatory requirements, including site-specific procedures.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to sustainability initiatives and explore innovative efficiencies.
  • The person in this role will be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for environmental compliance onsite.
  • Participation in internal and external EHS audits and inspections is also required.
  • This individual will deliver on-site EHS training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A thorough understanding of relevant EHS legislation is essential.
  • Operational safety experience with Safe Systems of Work is necessary.
  • The ability to logically solve problems is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong technical report-writing abilities, are required.
