We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in property management.
The successful candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in managing residential properties, including block management. They will possess a valid PSRA license, a valid driving license, and the use of a personal car.
Key Responsibilities- Daily communication with clients, attending and chairing directors' meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, including the MUDs Act of 2011, the PSRA agent contract, and having a comprehensive understanding of OMC lease agreements and the covenants within them.
- Dealing with building structural issues, organizing planned preventative maintenance schedules, and budgeting.
Fuency in both written and oral English is mandatory. Candidates are required to submit a cover letter outlining their experience and why they believe they are a suitable fit for this post along with their CV.
