Title: Senior Property Manager

Location: Galway - Hybrid working available (2 days WFH - 3 days in office)

Salary: Competitive Base Salary + benefits

The Company

The leading, regional property management company in Ireland. Following a recent acquisition of well know organisation they are truly in growth mode. They have one of the largest dedicated property management teams in Ireland.

The Role

You will be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties and the post includes all aspects of the management and administration of the portfolio. The role will involve liaising with our existing clients, while also developing new business and dealing with on-going property management issues including all operational, administrative and legal aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that operational standards within the portfolio meet the clients' requirements.
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets, analysing variances within quarterly or monthly reporting.
  • Preparing monthly reports with respect to the property performance on an operational and financial basis.
  • Working closely with the client on-site in ensuring the OMC common areas meet the standards of the OMC members and residents and assist in ensuring all residents can peaceably enjoy their residence in the properties.
  • Provide mentoring & support to on-site facilities co-ordinators.
  • Working with the procurement department, negotiate contracts with suppliers in line with the procurement process and engage on a regular basis with respect to performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and ensure that correct practice and procedure is adopted on the various sites.
Key Requirements
  • Current PSRA D license
  • Full drivers license
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Must be client focused providing excellent customer service attention to detail at all times
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
