Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Development Associate to join our team and contribute to the creation of scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain complex data pipelines using cloud-based tools.
  • Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
  • Support data modeling efforts under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality datasets.
  • Participate in team meetings and Agile ceremonies to align project goals.
  • Develop basic programming concepts using Node.js to support data logic and automation.
  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver production-grade data assets.
  • Apply object-oriented programming principles to data logic and reusable components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Interest in data architecture, cloud technologies, and scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and data tools.
  • Willingness to learn object-oriented programming and software development principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate self-motivation and discipline in learning and working.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate leadership skills when needed.
