We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Investment Operations Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operational and staffing aspects of investment operations teams, with expertise in reconciliation systems, banking debt transactions, and security master information management.

Responsibilities include supervising the Investment Operations Team, utilizing reconciliation systems, reconciling bank debt transactions, investigating cash reconciliation breaks, reviewing and processing Bank Debt-related activities, completing Security Price Tolerance Checking, maintaining security master information, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reporting, and participating in project plans for solution development and implementation.

As an Investment Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between departments, maintaining good working relationships with external clients and internal units, ensuring adherence to controls and processes/procedures for Investor Operations, and mentoring and coaching subordinates to develop capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role.
