Marketing Strategist Opportunity

The role of Marketing Strategist involves developing and executing marketing plans to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate leads in the construction and building materials industry.

  • Design and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to inform marketing initiatives
  • Lead branding efforts to differentiate us from competitors
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as lead conversion rates and ROI
  • Oversee online presence including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce technical guides, case studies, newsletters, and product spotlights
  • Maintain and grow a CRM database for segmentation and targeting
  • Support product launches with tailored marketing collateral and promotional strategies

Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial distribution sector

  • Strong grasp of B2B digital marketing tactics, content creation, and SEO/SEM
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and Google Analytics
