Senior Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept to launch.

In this strategic role, you will play a critical part in developing and delivering innovative medical products by managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project alignment, and driving engineering excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource management, and budgeting.">
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and design control standards.">
  • Negotiate and coordinate resource needs across departments.">
  • Communicate project status and key updates clearly to stakeholders.">
  • Manage project budgets and oversee capital expenditures.">
  • Drive project execution from initiation through successful delivery.">
  • Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.">
  • Develop systems and tools to monitor project performance and ensure alignment with goals.">

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree (Level 8) in engineering, science or a related field.">
  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience or 8 years with an advanced degree.">
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Experience with ablation products and energy-based medical technologies.">
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards.">
  • Proficiency in project management tools.">
  • Strong understanding across the product development lifecycle.">
  • Advanced degree (Engineering, Science, or MBA), PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.">
