As a retail specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in our key retailer stores, demonstrating the powerful features of Dyson products and ensuring they are tailored to meet their needs and requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and driving sales aligned with business plans and targets;
- Building relationships with the in-store team and providing ongoing support;
- Proactively uploading individual progress and sales throughout the day on our chosen platform;
- Ensuring the store and fixtures are presented to Dyson standards;
- Managing stock levels throughout the day.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Confidence and professionalism as a salesperson;
- Experience in luxury retail (desirable but not essential);
- Able to achieve monthly sales targets;
- Enthusiasm and passion for new technology to engage in conversations with customers;
- An ambitious spirit to ensure growth within your store;
- Excellent communication skills and a real passion for giving the customer a first-class experience.
