Online Retail Experience Specialist

This position involves driving optimal online retail experiences for customers and retailers alike. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional support to our partners, assist in driving sales, and manage daily operational demands.
Main Responsibilities- Provide superior service to retail partners at all times, supporting them in driving sales while managing day-to-day requirements.
- Liaise with stores and present data to enhance operations and boost profitability/efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance to identify opportunities for growth in the Online Shopping business.
- Collaborate with the wider Online Team on key customer improvement projects.
- Contribute to the rollout of new fulfilment initiatives.
- Manage ongoing inbound queries and issues, resolving them via Servicenow, Fexco & RSC.
- Relevant experience in a retail/operations environment.
- Experience working with Retailers.
- A self-motivated individual with strong project management skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
- Ability to compile data into clear, structured reports and present effectively.
- Strong team player.
- Commercial acumen and ability to work with and drive KPIs as set by the Online Team.
