Online Operations Executive

Location: Cork

Contract: 12 Months

Join the SuperValu eCommerce team as Online Operations Executive. The Online Operations team drives the optimum online shopping experience for retailers and their customers.

Responsibilities
  • Offer our retail partners an exceptional level of service at all times and support them to drive sales, while managing day-to-day demands (including offering slots and service for customers).
  • Liaise with stores and present data via Teams, phone, or mail to improve operations and drive profitability/efficiency; provide stores with regular insights from KPIs such as Sales and NPS; address store issues on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor sales performance to identify improvements to grow the Online Shopping business.
  • Collaborate with the wider Online Team and related teams (marketing, Digital Ops, etc.) on key customer improvement projects.
  • Contribute to the rollout of new fulfilment initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing inbound queries and issues (helpdesk calls) and close out via Servicenow, Fexco & RSC.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a retail/operations environment.
  • Experience working with Retailers.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills.
  • Good problem-solving mindset and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to compile data into clear, structured reports and present (via PowerPoint/Teams); proficient in Word/Excel and Power BI.
  • Good team player.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to work with and drive KPIs as set by the Online Team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of key trends within the online grocery market.
  • Comfortable working with technology systems.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
