Job Opportunity

An exciting chance has arisen for a skilled Online Operations Specialist to join our Cork, Ireland team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to retail partners and collaborate with them to drive sales growth and meet daily demands.
  • Communicate with stores through Teams calls/phone/mail to enhance operations and boost profitability/efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the growth of the Online Shopping business.
  • Partner with the wider Online Team/associated teams on key projects that focus on enhancing customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience within a retail/operations environment.
  • Previous experience working with Retailers.
  • A self-starter with strong project management skills.
