Job Title: Person in Charge

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality person-centred care to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operation of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and leadership, supervision, and appraisals to staff members, promoting their professional development and growth.
- Coordinate and prioritise appointments with the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans, health promotion strategies, and risk assessments, ensuring the highest quality of life for residents.

Requirements:
- A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a degree in another relevant Allied Healthcare related discipline.
- A minimum of three years experience in a management or supervisory role in the Health or Social Care sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
