Senior Private Equity Accountant

We are seeking a senior accounting professional to lead our Private Equity team.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for managing client deliverables, mentoring and supporting team members, developing subject matter expertise, and engaging in local and global group projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting operations or practice, with a strong background in Private Equity.
- Lead a team of supervisors and accounting specialists
- Mentor and support team members through training and development
- Develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PE client structures and PE accounting processes
The successful candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication and written skills, able to handle multiple deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously. They will also have a strong knowledge of the financial services industry and its products and practices.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- 5+ years' experience in accounting operations or practice
- 3+ years' experience in Private Equity (desirable)
- A degree Qualified (2.1 and above) in Finance or Accounting related degree (desirable)
