Site Operations Manager

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day onsite operations and productivity, including company operatives, subcontractors, and all personnel on-site for the project.
">Key Responsibilities:- Manage and drive a proportion of the overall site team to meet all project scope requirements and targets.
- Maintain a high standard of quality on site, i.e., quality construction and materials installed.
- Coordinate and plan resources, inclusive of labour, materials, and subcontractors when engaged and required.
- Ensure adherence to both legislative and company safety and quality standards.
- Prepare relevant reports in line with company policies and practices.
- Familiarise yourself with Project Specifications - General and Particular specs.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on a continuous basis.
- Report progress throughout the project timeline.
- Completed SOLAS Apprenticeship - FETAC Level 6.
- Successful in Senior Trades exams.
- At least 2 years post Senior Trades qualification working as a Foreman.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong Mechanical Experience working with a Mechanical contractor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
- Ability to form part of the management team on a large-scale project.
