About Us

We are a leading Main Contractor working on commercial and residential developments across Dublin, covering projects valued up to €100M. Our company has multiple Section Foreman roles available for different projects.

We have a strong reputation in the industry due to our high standards and repeat clients. This new role is to meet increased workload demands as we cover a range of commercial and residential projects across the country.

The Role

  • Lead the construction team in coordinating and supervising the building of commercial or residential developments valued over €50M.
  • You will report directly to the Site Manager and Project Manager, overseeing and managing on-site staff including direct employees, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
  • Represent the team at meetings with Clients, Architects, Design Team, site crew, and Senior Management to update them on project progress.
  • Contribute to weekly toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members.
  • Supervise works on site, guaranteeing quality, timely completion, and adherence to budget.
  • Plan and coordinate daily site requirements, including labor, material ordering, and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of site operations, compliance, H&S procedures, and performance in the site diary.

What You Need

  • A background in Construction Management or Trades, with preference given to those with carpentry experience.
  • No less than 5 years' experience as a Section Manager or Foreman on projects exceeding €5M in value.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage site programs and schedules to required deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite, including Project.
