We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dishes, upholding high standards of food preparation and presentation.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes across various sections, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes in designated sections, adhering to established recipes and menu guidelines.
  • Support senior chefs in maintaining smooth kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, inventory management, and waste reduction.
  • Enforce high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation, ensuring consistency throughout the dining experience.
  • Maintain accurate stock control, reducing waste and minimizing losses.
  • Train and support junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role, preferably in a busy and reputable establishment.
  • Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients and commitment to innovative menu planning.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
