Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner who will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end delivery of our HR processes in Ireland.
The successful candidate will contribute to the deployment of high-priority country-focused HR programs and initiatives, aligned with our country people plan.
Additionally, they will manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, solve for compliance matters, and review local policies in the context of the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
