Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR and Labour Relations Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive end-to-end delivery of HR processes, deploy high-priority country-focused programs, and manage local employment policies to ensure compliance.

About the Role
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned with the country people plan.
  • Manage local employment policies and practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate market-related risks and support labour relations management.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience owning outcomes, decision-making, solving ambiguous problems, and influencing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure end-to-end delivery for HR processes.
  • Deploy high-priority country-focussed HR programs and initiatives aligned to the country people plan.
  • Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Support local labour relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils where applicable.

This role requires excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex HR issues, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
