Contract Management Opportunities

The role of Senior Contract Manager is critical to the success of our company, responsible for supporting commercial teams from letter of intent (LOI) to contract execution. The Senior Contract Manager reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extracting lease information from transactional documents and recording details in a customer relationship management system.
  • Managing key dates and communicating significant events to stakeholders.
  • Liaising with internal deal teams and external parties to ensure coordination and smooth aircraft delivery/redelivery processes.
  • Resolving potential closing issues and ensuring timely fulfillment of conditions precedent/subsequent.
  • Negotiating insurance provisions in transaction documents.
  • Monitoring airline insurance renewals, tail coverage, and updating insurance systems.
  • Processing insurance claims and submitting necessary paperwork on time.
  • Leading or participating in process improvement initiatives and system development projects.
  • Uploading relevant documents to a centralized library.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in aviation leasing.
  • Significant experience in aviation leasing, particularly in aircraft deliveries.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to delegate, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aviation insurance experience is highly valued.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel if required.
