    Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and quantity surveying, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Responsibilities:

• Interpret and evaluate project contract documentation for electrical packages
• Plan and examine supplier and sub-contractor enquiries for electrical projects
• Provide precise, competitive, and cost-effective valuations for electrical works
• Distribute contract documents to the supply chain for electrical projects
• Examine changes in the scope of work and complete pricing variations for electrical projects
• Prepare and agree monthly progress claims for electrical works
• Maintain accurate records of claims prepared, certificates issued, and retentions involved for electrical projects
• Control commercial and contractual aspects of sub-contractor accounts for electrical projects
• Prepare and deliver monthly commercial project reports for electrical works
• Provide information and analysis of issues and risks as required by management for electrical projects
• Manage and forecast project cash flow for electrical projects

    Requirements:

• Hold a relevant qualification in QS, Electrical Engineering, Construction, or equivalent
• Have 3+ years' experience in electrical estimation and quantity surveying
• Have a comprehensive understanding of work contracts for electrical projects
• Be able to negotiate with clients on a professional level for electrical projects
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, MS Teams, and MS Projects
• Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail for electrical works
