Job Overview:
The Aviation Advisory team founded in 2016 has since established itself as best in class across its service offerings, growing to a team of 60+ staff in just 8 years. Current client offerings include aircraft lease management, data migration management, aircraft maintenance reserve reviews, technical aircraft expertise, deal appraisals for investment decision making, and a broad range of accounting and finance offerings to its clients.

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver on financial reporting outputs (financial models, financial statements, FP&A analysis, maintenance forecasting, pricing, etc.).
- Supervise and train more junior members of the team to ensure the firm's standards are continuously achieved.
- Analyse & establish the root cause of data issues.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their business challenges, and identifying opportunities for value-added services.
