Program Manager, R&D Product Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Foot & Ankle R&D PMO team in Ireland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading New Product Development (NPD) projects from feasibility to deployment. Your primary focus will be on managing delivery risks and program dependency risks rather than technical risks.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of work experience, with a strong background in project management and leadership. You will collaborate with BU leadership to define, manage, and own program scope, create detailed Work Breakdown Structures, and develop and manage program budgets. Additionally, you will partner with project teams to create program Quality Plans and develop risk management plans. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will possess a BS or equivalent degree, with a proven track record of successfully completing multiple projects delivering products or solutions as a project manager. Experience working in a regulated environment is highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet's Microsoft Suite is also required.
