We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in an Administrative role.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to manage the company's financial records and provide administrative support. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices and payments, completing trial balances, and supporting general accounting tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles with up-to-date knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Previous administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software (Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare trial balances.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including preparing invoices and payments.
  • Support general accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and liaising with external auditors and accountants as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • A strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software (Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a busy office environment.
