Accounts Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized General Accounts Assistant to join our clients dynamic team.

About the Role:
  • Prepare and send invoices to debtors and manage creditor accounts
  • Perform general daily accounting duties, including data entry and reconciliation
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and the in-house system to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Desirable: IATI Accounts Technician qualification and excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to work independently
Key Skills:
  • Accounts and bookkeeping
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational and time management skills

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and perform financial analysis. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
