About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to play a critical role in supporting new product introduction and commercial manufacturing.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, authoring, reviewing, and executing qualification/validation documentation and process development studies in line with standard approval processes.

  • Execute equipment/qualification validation programs, including re-qualification and re-validation.
  • Support continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Perform root cause analysis of system failures and substandard performance using standard tools and methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as a technical engineering representative for internal technical group discussions and representing Operations at global technical forums.
  2. Driving compliance of Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and executing current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day-to-day activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science, Engineering, or Technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP setting.
  • Demonstratable experience of leading technical-related projects.
  • Knowledge of process monitoring systems, automation systems, and operational intelligence & data systems within a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Regulatory knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
