Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily invoice processing and management across US and International regions. Additionally, they will prepare semi-monthly payments through the bank portal, ensuring accurate forecasts for funding requirements. The Associate will also ensure timely payment and responsiveness to vendors, while supporting ad hoc activities defined by the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Transformation.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in accounting. Familiarity with enterprise general ledger systems (Sage Intacct, Netsuite, etc.) is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are required, as well as a proven track record of meeting deadlines and owning responsibilities. Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team, navigating time zone differences, is also crucial.
