Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating complex recruitment projects, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize interviews, including sending invitations, booking rooms, and setting up video calls
  • Manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track interview and job offer details manually when needed
  • Prepare and send documents to new hires
  • Coordinate background checks and employment verification
  • Build strong working relationships with recruiters and hiring managers
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and calendar scheduling tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using a recruitment or HR system
  • High-volume or senior-level hiring experience
  • Background in tech or internet industry
