Job Title

A Data Governance Project Manager is required to lead a six-month data governance initiative.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a detailed project plan to establish foundational governance structures, improve data quality, and ensure that data meets business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a project plan to deliver the data governance initiative.
  • Assess current and future state Data Quality and Data Governance requirements of the organisation.
  • Identify resource requirements for ongoing maintenance of the data framework.
  • Implement or enhance policies, procedures, and related documentation underpinning the Data Governance Framework.
  • Provide regular progress updates and a final project report to senior leadership.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and governance, with a minimum 4 years' experience in this field. They will also have prior project management experience in designing and implementing data quality and governance frameworks.
