Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, including daily operations and maintenance on a wide range of HVAC, clean and grey utilities equipment in a modern facility.

  • Performing regular checks and maintenance tasks to ensure reliable operation of systems and equipment.
  • Diagnosing and resolving problems with utility systems and equipment.
  • Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Following established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and handling hazardous materials when necessary.
  • Monitoring and interpreting readings on gauges, meters, and charts registering various aspects of utilities operation.

This role requires self-sufficiency, logical troubleshooting skills, and a good understanding of utility systems and manufacturing equipment.

For success in this position, we are looking for a qualified individual with a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role and national certification.
