Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Clayton Hotel Limerick. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and safe for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workload effectively, utilizing resources for painting, decorating, and general maintenance.
  • Investigate and resolve equipment and control system issues.
  • Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operation.
  • Ensure maintenance work meets professional and safety standards.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and HACCP procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Safe Pass certification is a plus.
  • Qualifications in painting is desirable.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and standards-driven.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required.
  • Good command of English.
