Job Description:

As a dedicated nurse, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities in our Dublin and North East Health Centre. Your role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to address unique requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and family members
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
  • Proven experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
