Job Title: High Frequency Trading Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) product vertical. This role focuses on the discovery, design, and delivery of trading systems where every microsecond counts.

About the Role
  • Drive the focus, design, and continuous improvement of HFT systems, ensuring sub-millisecond latency for critical trading operations.
  • Achieve and maintain 99.99% uptime for all critical trading systems and their underlying infrastructure.
  • Shape product activities with a focus on commercial impact, contributing to P&L, market share, and capital efficiency targets.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and development of trading enhancements and risk monitoring tools.

This is a challenging role that requires a versatile skill set across low-latency systems experience, quantitative acumen, technical proficiency, and trading & risk management exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the product roadmap, aligning traders, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Oversight of stress-testing and integration into back-testing frameworks to validate performance and robustness.
