Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data networks and systems">
  • Configuring and managing firewalls, handling both ticket-based and project-based tasks">
  • Supporting and maintaining firewall rule bases and objects; implementing access control policies">
  • Performing IDS/IPS configuration, updates, and tuning">
  • Ensuring compliance with internal security policies and external regulations">
  • Optimizing the performance and reliability of security systems">
  • Collaborating closely with other IT team members across infrastructure, applications, and support">
  • Maintaining network asset inventory, documentation, and technical specifications">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in systems and network administration">
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting firewalls (Cisco, Sophos, Fortinet)">
  • Strong background in switching technologies and configurations">
  • Experience administering Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Azure AD, DNS, and DHCP">
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments">
  • Experience designing and deploying LAN, WLAN, and WAN using various network equipment and protocols">
  • Scripting and automation skills for network tasks and monitoring">
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience preferred">
  • Network certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIS) are beneficial">
  • Azure or AWS cloud certifications are a plus">
