Job Title: Change Delivery Manager/Scrum Master
">We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in Agile delivery within cybersecurity or other highly regulated technical environments. This individual will support one or more cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-quality, and high-impact cybersecurity solutions.
">- Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
- Guide and support teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
- Identify and address blockers and dependencies across teams.
- Collaborate closely with operational managers to ensure backlogs are refined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with cybersecurity teams or in a highly secure/regulated sector (e.g., finance, government, defense).
">Key Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar; Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
">About the Role: As a change delivery manager/scrum master, you will drive change and manage ongoing projects while removing impediments. You will work closely with management, security engineers, and stakeholders to achieve this goal.
