Change Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master is a key role in our organization that oversees the implementation of Agile delivery methodologies in cybersecurity or highly regulated technical environments.

Job Description

The Change Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master will support one or more cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-quality, and high-impact cybersecurity solutions. This includes coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices, promoting continuous improvement and self-organization. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing existing/future business analysts and guiding teams to become cross-functional and self-organizing.

  • Identify and address blockers and dependencies across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with operational managers to ensure backlogs are refined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on team performance using data-driven insights to drive improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with cybersecurity teams or in a highly secure/regulated sector, with demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align delivery with strategic priorities. Additionally, familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar, as well as excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential.

  • Prior experience working with cybersecurity teams or in a highly secure/regulated sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align delivery with strategic priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
