Project Overview

The IT Project Manager will lead the delivery, deployment, training, and implementation of an eAuthority - ASSR Oversight Management System using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning:
    • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, resource-bound schedules including scope, budget, and resource allocation.
    • Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
    • Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Liaise with the Scrum Master and the Product Owner to prioritize and plan agile delivery of the product as per the project plan.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.
  • Coaching and Mentoring:
    • Coach and mentor the project team on best project management practices.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
    • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and report on key project deliverables to the project team.
    • Use metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
