About the Role

As a Front Line Support (FLS) Engineer, you will be part of an expanding team providing technical support for Pharmaceutical clients based in Limerick. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting on-site production operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues
  • Managing access requests and ensuring seamless system performance
  • Configuring and testing Recipes Phases Equipment Modules Control Logic and Interlock Scheme according to Design and Test Specifications
  • Collaborating with customers to review Design Specifications and Test Specifications
  • Working as part of a team to resolve complex problems impacting production efficiency
  • Providing automation change support, including coding, design, testing, and debugging
  • Supporting on-site DeltaV System integration and maintenance
  • Initiating, implementing, and qualifying site changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Coordinating tasks to ensure timely delivery and meet project milestones
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • S88 / Batch Delta V proficiency
  • In-depth understanding of Project Lifecycle phases and tasks
  • Able to communicate effectively with client teams on process-related issues
  • Demonstrated ability to represent automation interests in multifunctional process teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Comprehensive understanding of system installation, rebuilding, and maintenance
