The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing an IT and digital strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives long-term growth. Key responsibilities include leading the development of enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps, overseeing business-wide digital transformation initiatives, and inspiring and guiding IT teams to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience in IT, preferably at CIO or head of IT level in a SME-sized organisation">
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives at a strategic level">
  • Significant experience managing ERP systems, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms">
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams">
  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, governance, and compliance">
  • Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and automation technologies is desirable">
  • Experience working across international jurisdictions with a willingness to travel is preferred">
  • Masters degree in Operations Management, IT, or a related field is required">
  • Recognised certifications in IT governance, security, or digital transformation are an advantage">

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension, bonus, and life assurance. The salary is circa £120-140k base plus 20% bonus and pension and healthcare.
