We are seeking an exceptional Senior Digital Brand Leader to spearhead the strategic direction, commercial performance, and growth of our brand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will take full accountability for the brand's performance, leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences, innovative propositions, and compelling campaigns.

This is a unique and impactful leadership opportunity to drive business growth and shape the future of our brand. You will be responsible for managing the P&L, owning the commercial roadmap, and inspiring high-performing teams to deliver results in a highly competitive market.

The ideal candidate will combine visionary leadership with hands-on execution, possessing strong commercial acumen, a history of delivering against KPIs, and a passion for customer experience and user-centric thinking.

This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Leading and scaling a digital-first brand
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and empowering teams
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong cross-functional leadership, ideally in commercial, product, or digital roles
  • Digital Acumen: High-level understanding of emerging digital and mobile technology trends
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated passion for customer experience and user-centric thinking
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering against KPIs and improving profitability
  • Strategic Planning: Strategic planning capability with measurable impact
