This role plays a pivotal part in aligning business objectives with digital and data solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that business needs are clearly understood, effectively translated into technical solutions, and successfully implemented across systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize and optimize business processes to the most granular level of the business problem being solved.
  • Identify, analyze, and create stakeholder maps early in the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable goals and break down complex requirements into user stories or use cases.
  • Prioritize user stories and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders based on impact and urgency.
  • Act as Product Owner during project phases, ensuring business needs are reflected in solution design and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, Digital Integration, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and digital delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Visio, and data visualization platforms.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in system integration and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accountability across multiple systems.
